Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy below or contact us if you have any questions. All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
All purchases are protected under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item is:
- Faulty or damaged upon arrival
- Significantly different from its description
- Cannot be used for its normal purpose
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Item is returned within 14 days of purchase
- Original proof of purchase is provided
Faulty or Incorrect Items
For order issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@stpaulchurch.org.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the issue
Each case will be assessed individually and we will do our best to find a fair resolution, which may include a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria.
Change of Mind
Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if they simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase. However we will consider exchange requests on a case-by-case basis where:
- Item is returned within 14 days of purchase
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Original proof of purchase is provided
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival:
- Special or custom orders
- Downloadable or digital products
Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging your order, however we are not responsible for goods damaged in transit by third party shipping carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge a claim. We recommend photographing both the packaging and item upon arrival if damage is suspected.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at store@stpaulchurch.org.au with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back. Each request will be reviewed and we will be in touch to guide you through the process.
