What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Can I pay cash for Click & Collect orders?
Yes! Cash and card payments are accepted in person at pickup. Please contact us at store@stpaulchurch.org.au before placing your order so we can arrange this for you.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes - all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, a trusted and encrypted payment platform.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes - you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer flat rate shipping of $10 Standard and $15 Express Australia wide. Free Click & Collect is available from our Dandenong location.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Products
Do I need to be Orthodox Christian to shop here?
Not at all! Our products are open to anyone with an interest in Eastern Christian faith, spirituality or Orthodox culture. We warmly welcome all customers.
Do you take special or custom orders?
Please contact us at store@stpaulchurch.org.au and we'll do our best to source specific titles, icons or items for you.
Are your books available in languages other than English?
Yes - we stock a range of Arabic books as well as English and Children's titles.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally, including Greece, Lebanon and Syria.
Some items show as Click & Collect only - why?
Certain large or heavy items cannot be safely shipped and are available for local pickup only. These are clearly marked on the product page (title and product description).
